Does it hurt? Or does it tickle? Eddie seemed very bothered by the whole experience, but it was hard to tell if he was in pain, or just squirmish at the idea of fish eating dead flesh.

Not to get all S&M about it, but there is a very fine line between pain and pleasure. You know how you can tickle someone to the point of tears, but they laugh the whole time? That’s best analogy I can think of. So no, it doesn’t hurt, but it is definitely an odd sensation.
That said, it seems some people have questions have about how sanitary it is, at least according to Reuters. Really though, how could sticking your feet in a pool of fish who eat dead flesh not be sanitary?
